How our Perfect Fit process works:
- You get in touch with us.
- We talk about your skiing style and gather your feedback.
- We adjust your ski – or build you a new one at no extra cost.
Because custom means more than just made-to-measure. It means the perfect feel on your turns.

The details
- You have 30 days from delivery to test your ski.
- Testing is encouraged! Ride it thoroughly – that’s what it’s made for.
- If you're not satisfied, just contact us at: service@oplus.at
- We’ll arrange a personal consultation and make sure your next ski is the perfect fit.
- If needed, we’ll send you a return label. Please note: We can’t accept returns without prior contact. And return costs need to be covered by you.

Important to know:
- The guarantee only applies to skis in their original, unmodified condition – meaning not tuned or altered.
- Please return the skis in their original packaging, including all supplied parts and tools.
- The guarantee does not apply to O+ NOW or RENEW skis – these are excluded from exchange.
- Please keep your proof of purchase – we’ll need it for the return.
- The Perfect Fit Guarantee is a voluntary service provided by ORIGINAL+ and complements your refund policy.
