At ORIGINAL+, custom skis are built in lot size one – manufactured in a complex, technically demanding workshop environment at our Salzburg-Bergheim location.
To further professionalize and scale our production, we are looking for an experienced personality who takes responsibility for the operational management of manufacturing.
We are looking for a present, hands-on leader who steers processes, leads people, and actively develops our production – with a clear perspective to grow into the role of Technical Managing Director.
Where ORIGINAL+ needs your support
- Responsibility for stable, on-time, and high-quality production output
- Order planning and ensuring smooth production workflows
- Leadership, development, and deployment planning of the production team
- Mapping and further development of production processes within systems and materials management
- Purchasing of raw and auxiliary materials as well as responsibility for machine maintenance and servicing
- Quality management and coordination with technical suppliers
What you should bring
- Very strong organizational and production planning skills
- Manufacturing experience, ideally in ski or composite production (epoxy knowledge is an advantage)
- Hands-on experience with CNC machine operation and production equipment
- Technical and mathematical understanding, hands-on mentality and leadership strength
- Education or prior experience qualifying for trade-law managing director responsibilities is an advantage
- Good German and English language skills
