TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SKI TESTS & SKI RENTAL
Preamble
O+ GmbH organizes ski tests for marketing purposes and offers ski rentals for testing purposes. The currently valid price list applies.
Special Rental Conditions
O+ GmbH points out that rented test skis are not insured. The customer hereby agrees to a deductible of EUR 400 in the event that the ski is compressed, broken, or otherwise irreparably damaged. In such cases, the damaged ski must be returned to O+ GmbH and remains the property of O+ GmbH. The deductible of EUR 400 also applies if the ski is stolen during the rental period. In this case, the customer must provide O+ GmbH with proof of the police report of the theft.
Use of Personal Data
I agree that the personal data I have provided may be stored and processed by O+ GmbH for ski testing purposes, as well as for the following purposes:
- Conducting ski tests, particularly for profiling and selecting suitable ski equipment
- Adjustment and verification of the functional unit alpine/touring ski - binding - boot according to one or more of the following ISO standards (ISO11088, ISO13993, ISO8061, ISO11110)
- The communication with participants is solely for the purpose of organizing and carrying out the ski test, including scheduling appointments, coordinating equipment, and following up afterwards, e.g. through feedback forms or relevant information.
- When signing up for the ORIGINAL+ newsletter, I also agree to receive occasional updates from ORIGINAL+ and their ski test tour partners including, but not limited to, SHRED.
This consent may be revoked at any time by contacting O+ GmbH, Handelszentrum 16/ BT2/ EG, 5101 Bergheim, Austria or via email at service@oplus.at. For children under the age of 16, the consent of a legal guardian is required.
Reference to the General Terms and Conditions of O+ GmbH
In general, the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of O+ GmbH in their latest valid version apply. These are permanently available at the business premises of O+ GmbH.
