ORIGINAL+ 500€ STORE CREDIT GIVEAWAY – TERMS & CONDITIONS

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. By entering, participants release Instagram from any responsibility related to the giveaway.


1. Organizer

This giveaway is organized by O+ GmbH, Handelszentrum 16 | BT2 | EG, 5101 Bergheim, Austria.


2. Eligibility

Open to all individuals aged 18 years or older who attend an ORIGINAL+ Ski Test event during the Hintertux test event from Oct. 26th until Nov. 2nd 2025.
Employees of O+ GmbH and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.


3. How to Enter

To participate, entrants must complete the following steps:

  • Follow @origplus on Instagram.
  • Take a photo in front of the ORIGINAL+ Ski Test Tent, share it on your Instagram Story, and tag @origplus.
  • Complete the ski test feedback form (QR code available at the test location).
  • Tag three (3) skiing friends in the official giveaway post on @origplus.

Each complete set of actions = one (1) valid entry.
You may enter multiple times by attending more test events and completing all steps per event.


4. Prize

1 winner will receive a 500€ store credit toward a custom ski from ORIGINAL+.

  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Valid only for new custom ski orders made via ORIGINAL+ or its official sales channels.
  • Must be redeemed by November 30, 2025.


5. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received by Monday, November 3, 2025 (23:59 CET).
The winner will be announced on the @origplus Instagram page and contacted via Instagram Direct Message (DM).
If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be selected.


6. Data Protection & Consent

By entering, participants agree that O+ GmbH may collect and process personal data (Instagram handle and contact details) solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and awarding the prize.
Data will not be shared with third parties or used for marketing without consent.
Participants can request data deletion at any time by contacting service@oplus.at.


7. General Conditions

  • Entries that are incomplete, inappropriate, or do not follow the participation rules may be disqualified.
  • O+ GmbH reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond its control affect the fairness or integrity of the promotion.
  • All decisions made by O+ GmbH are final and binding.
  • Reference to the General Terms and Conditions of O+ GmbH
    In general, the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of O+ GmbH in their latest valid version apply. These are permanently available at the business premises of O+ GmbH.
