With the ORIGINAL+ Care Package Basic, you’re on the safe side even if things don’t go as planned. This package protects your ORIGINAL+ ski against theft and damage. The theft protection applies between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m., including when your skis are left outside a mountain hut. Between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m., protection applies only if your skis are stored in a locked room or vehicle. In case of damage, the replacement value during the year following the shipping date is 100% of the original purchase price, 80% in the 2nd year, 60% in the 3rd year, 40% in the 4th year, and 20% from the 5th year after the shipping date onward.

The ORIGINAL+ Lifetime Care Package Plus is the all-inclusive package for you and your ORIGINAL+ ski. In addition to insurance coverage against theft and damage (see ORIGINAL+ Care Package Basic), it includes:

- an extended warranty for the lifespan of your ski and binding
- a one-time free crash replacement
- free binding inspection or adjustment at the O+ Service Center in Salzburg for the entire lifespan of your
ski and binding
- unlimited free ski waxing and edge sharpening for your ski at the O+ Service Center in Salzburg

Your ski is made from the highest quality materials available on the market. We source these from companies like ISOSPORT, AMAG, CPS, and Metallwerke DEUTSCH, all within a 250 km radius of our ski factory. Your ski is durable and crafted to the highest quality standards.

O+ Care Package Basic (valid for 1 year from the shipping date)

With ORIGINAL+ Care Package Basic, you’re on the safe side, even when things don’t go as planned.

Your ORIGINAL+ ski is insured against theft and damage. Theft protection is valid between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m., including in front of the ski lodge; from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., it applies if your ski is stored in a fixed-location room or locked vehicle.

In the event of ski damage, the insurance value is 100% of the original purchase price in the first year from the purchase date, 80% in the second year, 60% in the third year, 40% in the fourth year, and 20% from the fifth year onward.
