Additionally, as a ski factory, we are legally not allowed to fulfill any orders where the number of binding pairs exceeds the number of ski pairs.
Personalization allows you to have your name, nickname or initials printed on the topsheet. It's done during the ski configuration process within the ORIGO & up to 9 characters are available.
Notes:
✔ Normally, personalization costs €60, but it is included for free within The Sweet Wait offer.
✔ The print will only be placed in the designated area
✔ Important: The ski design itself cannot be customized, and color selection is separate.

The ORIGINAL+ Ski Insurance is valid for 1 year, but don't worry - the countdown starts when you get your hands on your brand new ORIGINAL+ CUSTOM skis. In the first year, it covers 100% of the purchase price.

✔ After the first year, you can extend the ORIGINAL+ Ski Insurance for an additional fee.
No – the offer includes only the basic ORIGINAL+ Ski Insurance for 1 year. An upgrade to another or more comprehensive insurance is not possible with the presale offer.

Valid 1 year after the delivery date.
With the ORIGINAL+ ski insurance, you're covered even when things don't go as planned. This insurance protects your ORIGINAL+ ski against theft and damage.
The theft coverage is valid between 6 AM and 10 PM; it also covers your ski at the ski lodge. Between 10 PM and 6 AM, coverage applies if your ski is stored in a fixed location or a locked vehicle.
In case of damage, the insurance value in the year following the purchase date is 100% of the original purchase price, 80% in the second year, 60% in the third year, 40% in the fourth year, and 20% starting from the fifth year.
